This application is for condonation of delay and bringing legal heirs of claimant Namdeo Dadarao Raut on record. First appeal is already disposed of in lok-adalat. Inadvertently, the heirs of deceased Namdeo could not be brought on record. The cause of action survives against them. There is no reason to doubt the contents of civil application.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is desirable to allow the application.

Civil application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (B) and (C).
