Heard learned Counsel for respective parties. This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Collector, Latur, to take decision on the applications dated 14.03.2013, 21.03.2013 and 03.04.2013 presented by petitioners under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from today; and it is accordingly directed.

On determination of enhanced amount of compensation by the Collector, the amount so arrived at shall be paid to the petitioners along with all other benefits prescribed under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, by Respondent No.3, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of such determination.
