Heard Shri Chincholkar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants. Since the paper book was not submitted, the appeals have been dismissed vide order passed on 19.08.2014. The learned Counsel has now prayed for dispensing the paper book and for restoration of the said appeals. In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The order passed on 19.08.2014 is set aside.

2 13779.2018.CA.doc (ii) First Appeal Nos.1456 of 2014 & 1457 of 2014 are restored to their original files.

(iii) Paper book is dispensed with.

(iv) The applicants shall pay cost of Rs.1000/- each to the State.

(v) The cost is to be paid within four weeks.

(vi) List both these appeals for further consideration after four weeks.
