This petition, filed on 18.12.2020, is in connection with the judgment of this Court dated 24.03.2009 delivered in Writ Petition No.7195/2006.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the seniority list for the year 2015-2016 has been disturbed by the Government Circular dated 11.12.2020.

Considering that this petition has been filed after 11 years of the judgment at issue and after five years of the change in the seniority list, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners desire to challenge

In view of the statement as above, this Contempt Petition is disposed off.
