1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondent no.1.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in connected group of matters by order dated 10th August, 2022, this Court [Coram : Sandipkumar C. More, J.] has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited amount, hence, requested to pass the same order.

14284.22CA 3] The learned counsel for the respondents submits that appropriate order be passed.

4] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the order passed by this Court [Coram : Sandipkumar C. More, J.], I pass the following order:-

ORDER

i] The application is allowed.

ii] The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing undertaking. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 30% amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing solvent surety.

iii] Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. [S.G.DIGE] JUDGE DDC
