On going through the papers, it is revealed that there is delay of 734 days in preferring the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay in para Nos. 6 and 7, the delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

(ii) The Registry is directed to make scrutiny of the appeal as per procedure and it be numbered and place before the Court for admission.
