Heard rival submissions.

The the respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire compensation amounts. However, this court vide order dated 10/08/2022 in connected matters has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 80% of the deposited amount. As such, the same order will follow.

The respective applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of their respective amounts of compensation alongwith accrued interest thereon till date by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 4.

The respective applicant are further permitted to withdraw their respective 30% amounts of the compensation alongwith the interest thereon till date on furnishing solvent security / surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.

The remaining amounts be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank till fnal disposal of these appeals. 6.

Application are accordingly disposed of.
