Heard rival submissions.

The the respective applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire compensation amounts. However, this court vide order dated 10/08/2022 in connected matters has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 80% of the deposited amount. As such, the same order will follow.

The applicant herein is permitted to withdraw 50% of their respective amounts of compensation alongwith accrued interest thereon till date by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 4.

The applicant is further permitted to withdraw jos respective 30% amounts of the compensation alongwith the interest thereon till date on furnishing solvent security/surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The remaining amounts be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank till final disposal of these appeals. 6.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
