The Petitioners have put forth an identical prayer clause [B], which reads as under:- "[B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, Respondent no.3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioner annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dt. 28.06.2018 and G.R. dated 21.06.2023, for changing the postings of the petitioner by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies."

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits, on instructions, that the representations put forth by the Petitioners would be decided by the Respondents. 3.
In view of the above, the Petitioners are satisfied. 4.
These Writ Petitions are, therefore, disposed off. 5.
Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 should respond to the representations within six weeks and convey the decision to the Petitioners within three weeks thereafter, in the light of the circular dated 28.06.2018.
