DATE : 20th January, 2015 ORAL ORDER By an order dated 14th August, 2014, Registrar (Judicial) has refused registration for non-removal of office objections, which order is questioned in the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application and upon undertaking given by the applicant that he shall remove office objections within a period of three weeks from today, Civil Application stands allowed,subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the Library of Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, within a period of one week from today.
