After hearing the learned Advocate for the contempt petitioner for a while, a need is felt for some more documents, which the learned Advocate for the contempt petitioner agrees to produce on record a short synopsis event wise. So also, Learned APP seeks accommodation to get the present status of the proceedings, if any, pending before the Revenue Authorities.

Civil Application No.16087 of 2022 has been filed for condonation of delay of 105 days in bringing the legal heirs of the
cmpt-81-2020 original intervenor/applicant viz. Smt. Kamladevi Gopikishan Agrawal, on record.

We are not deciding whether we will allow the intervenor to intervene the original contempt petition or not, but still taking into consideration the fact that the original intervenor is expired, we permit her legal heirs to be brought on record by condoning the delay.

Civil Application No.16087 of 2022 stands allowed and accordingly, disposed off.

The legal heirs be brought in the original intervention application only within a period of one week. 6.
Learned Advocate for the contempt petitioner is allowed to produce the synopsis and the documents within a period of two weeks. Copy of the same be given to the other side in advance. 7.
Learned APP to get the instructions.
