The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding is pending with the Committee, still the employer has issued notice stating that, if validity certificate is not submitted, then action would be taken.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that, the matter is kept before the Committee on 21.11.2019 and the Committee would decide the same within six months.

None appears for the respondent No. 3, though served. 4.

In the light of the above, the Committee shall decide the

2 wp 10261.19 validation proceeding within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21st November, 2019.

Till the validation proceedings are decided, the respondent No. 3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that, validity certificate is not submitted. Of course, the employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered in the validation proceedings.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
