We have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned A.G.P. on behalf of the applicants and the learned Advocate Shri. Irpatgire on behalf of the non-applicant Nos.1 and 2.

Respondent No.3 herein was not issued with notice when the writ petition was heard on 30/06/2022. We had issued a simple direction that, these applicants should complete the exercise as mandated under Section 8 sub-sections (2) and (3) of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee Act. The applicants

Considering that, 2 and half months were granted earlier till 15/09/2022, for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed and the time is extended only till 15/12/2022.
