The applicant/accused in Crime No. 682/2016 registered at Mukundwadi police station, Aurangabad, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable u/ss 307,372,373 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, by this application is praying for releasing her on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. By taking me through the F.I.R., the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is falsely implicated in the crime in question. He further argued that the F.I.R. does not contain any averments against the present applicant. According to the learned counsel, F.I.R. is registered on

2 Cr.Apln. 4797.2016 19/07/2016, though the incident allegedly happened much earlier.

The learned A.P.P. opposed the application by contending that the offence is serious and even at the time of her arrest, 2 minor girls were found in the custody of present applicant.

Perused papers of investigation. prima facie, it is seen from the papers of investigation that the applicant is involved in trafficking minor female children. One of the minor female child by name Neha Ashok Rashankar was found by police constable Ranvirsingh of Ramnagar police station, District Bundi [Rajastan] and that too in red light area. The papers of investigation shows that 2 minor female children were found in the custody of the present applicant at the time of her arrest.

Considering the nature of crime and the fact that it is still under investigation, no case for bail is made out. Hence, the following order.

(i) The Criminal Application stands rejected.
