This motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 29th September, 2020, passed by this Court in this group of writ petitions.

Heard both the sides.

It has been stated in para 4 of the common order dated 29th September, 2020, passed by this Court in l this group of Writ Petitions, that:

"4 In view of above submission and since the parties have arrived at amicable settlement in terms of lump-sum payment as per the compromise memo, all writ petitions are disposed of. No costs."

However, it appears that, inadvertently, it is not mentioned in para 4 of the aforesaid common order dated 29th

{3} September, 2020, that the petitioner, in all these writ petitions, is permitted to withdraw the lump-sum payment in terms of clause (C) of the compromise.

Hence, para 4 of the common order dated 29th September, 2020, passed by this Court in this group of writ petitions, be substituted and read as follows: "4 In view of above submission and since the parties have arrived at amicable settlement in terms of lump-sum payment as per the compromise memo, all writ petitions are disposed of. That the petitioner, in all these writ petitions, is permitted to withdraw the lump-sum payment in terms of clause (C) of the Compromise. No costs."

Office to issue corrected writ.

Motion for speaking to the minutes is accordingly disposed of.
