The learned counsel for petitioner is heard. The learned AGP is also heard. The learned AGP submitted that the proceeding is premature as voting is to take place and it is to take place on 30.8.2016. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that no hearing was given to him and he only wants opportunity of being heard with regard to his grievances. 2.

As voting is to go on and after the results are out, the Collector may give hearing before making final order. In those terms the petition is disposed of.
