Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have arrived at compromise in Lok Adalat held in the court below on 11.2.2017 and as such he seeks permission to withdraw the civil application seeking condonation of delay. Permission granted. Civil application for condonation of delay is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. Refund of court fees as per Rules. 2.

Learned counsel submits that in view of aforesaid settlement, the applicant/original respondent has paid entire amount to the claimant and therefore, learned counsel submits that applicantoriginal respondent may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before this court, as a statutory deposit. In view above, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited before this court. Civil application for stay is also disposed of.
