ORDER :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application for grant/renewal of C.L.-II Licence. The same is not decided yet. Learned counsel submits that respondents No.2 and 3 authority would take decision on the application of petitioner on its own merit.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

In case, the application of petitioner is pending with respondents No.2 and 3 - authority, then respondents No.2 and 3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of application.
