The petitioners have put forth prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D), which read as under :- "B.

That this Hon'ble Court may please to pass necessary writ, order or direction in like nature and direct the respondent no.3, to allow the petitioners to fill up the forms in annual general transfer as they have already completed three years of service in difficult area as contemplated under the Govt. Resolution dated 27/02/2017.

That this Hon'ble Court may please to pass necessary writ order or direction in like nature and direct the respondent no.3 & 4 to extend the benefit of the order passed in W.P. No. 6692/2021 by this Hon'ble Court.

That this Hon'ble Court may please to pass necessary writ, order or direction in like nature and direct the respondent no. 2 & 3 to decide the representation / application dated 05/08/2022, 17/08/2022, 18/08/2022, 28/07/2022 filed by the petitioners committee and to take on record the documents placed by them as expeditiously as possible preferably within 1 week."

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad, submits on instructions, that the view taken by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2022 passed in WP No.6692/2021, filed by Ramesh Bankar and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others, can be made applicable. It is stated that, if the petitioners make their online applications as per the Rules for transfer to a General School area, in pursuance of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, their requests would be considered in the general transfers effected in 2022, on or before 30/12/2022.

In view of the above, the petitioners shall tender their online applications, on or before 15/11/2022. The same shall be considered by the respondent/Zilla Parishad, on or before 30/12/2022, strictly as per rules.
