The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner had moved the proposal for sanction of staffing pattern with the Education Officer. The Education Officer in turn has forwarded the same to the Director of Education (Primary), however, it is not yet decided. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3.

In case, the proposal for sanction of the staffing pattern (Page no. 14) is recommended by the Education Officer and is pending with the Director of Education (Primary), then the Director of Education (Primary) shall take decision upon it on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
