The applicant is seeking regular bail, who is booked for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with sec. 34 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.I-86/2015 in which he was arrested on 17th August 2015.

Learned Counsel for the applicant at Bar makes a statement that the amount of defalcation, as alleged in the first information report is already paid/deposited in this Court. 4.

As the offence is triable by the Magistrate and the fact that the investigation in the present case is almost complete, there is no point

Cri.Appln.No.4887/2015 in detaining the present applicant in jail. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order :

(I) The applicant Mohd. Mobin son of Kadir Siddiqui be released on bail in Crime No.I-86 of 2015 registered with Begumpura Police Station, District Aurangabad for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with sec. 34 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount;

(II) The applicant shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of concerned Police Station till filing of the charge-sheet. 5.
