The applicant nos.3A to 3E are the legal heirs of the deceased Chaturabai, hence, their names be taken on record. There is delay of 150 days for filing the application, it be condoned.

3] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. Delay for filing this application is condoned.
