2) The counsel for petitioner submits that as the petitioner is reinstated in service on 11th March, 2015 the only grievance, which remains to be redressed, is that the respondent/management has not paid him subsistence allowance during the period of suspension.

3) In view of this, both these petitions can be disposed of with directions to Respondents and particular Respondent No. 5 - School to consider the prayer of the petitioner relating to

the payment of subsistence allowance as well as payment of unpaid salary, in accordance with law and take a decision thereon, as expeditiously as possible and, preferably within a period of three months from today and inform such decision to the petitioner. Needless to say that the respondent is at liberty to hear the petitioner, if necessary.
