Vide order dated 17.07.2025 bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.10,000/- was ordered to be issued against the present applicants who are respondent nos.1 and 2 in the contempt petition on account of failure to appear in the matter despite being served in the contempt petition.

The learned Advocate for the applicant points out that in fact Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 is filed on 05.02.2025, however, due to some reason the same was not noticed by the office and appearance of the learned Advocate for the applicant was not shown when the matter was listed on 17.07.2025. The learned Counsel contends that since the name did not appear in the cause list, he could not appear in the matter on 17.07.2025. 3.

In view of the above, the order dated 17.07.2025 issuing bailable warrant against present applicants (respondent nos.1 and 2 in contempt petition) is recalled.

List the Contempt Petition on 09.09.2025.
