Learned counsel Mr. Patil, for the appellants/claimants along with claimants and learned counsel Mr. Chaudhari, for the respondent No. 2/Insurance Company along with representative Officer are present before panel. They tender on record terms of compromise. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

We have ascertained the identification of the parties with the assistance of their learned counsel.

Parties before the panel seek leave to dispose of first appeal in terms of compromise at Exhibit - X.

As per the terms of settlement Exhibit 'X' between the parties, the respondent No. 2/Insurance Company undertakes to deposit additional amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rs. Seven Lakhs only) towards full and final settlement in this Court within a
2 fa 1075.20.odt period of six (06) weeks from today. The appellants/claimants are entitled to the settlement amount in equal proportion as decided by the Tribunal. However, the amount shall be disbursed in the name of the appellant No. 2/Vishwas Bhagwan Koli (Jadhav). The appellant Nos. 1 and 3 have no objection to disburse the amount in the name of the appellant No. 2.

The first appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement Exhibit 'X' and the minutes of the order passed today. 6.
The court fees be refunded as per rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
