DATE : 10/09/2018 PER COURT :- On consideration of documentary evidence and Annexures to the petition referring age of the petitioner, the same shall not form the basis of recording change in entries in the school record. The petitioner has left the school long back and is not prosecuting studies as on today.

2] Apart from this, it is informed that the petitioner is victim of rape and the age of prosecutrix may be a question of some significance in criminal case, as such belated request for recording change in the school record appears to have been made. In exercise of extra ordinary writ jurisdiction, no interference is called for.
