Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, applicant no.2 and applicant no.4 expired on 13.04.2012 and 12.03.2012, respectively. Learned counsel, therefore, seeks permission to delete the said applicants as they died without leaving any legal heirs except present applicants. Now remaining applicants are seeking withdrawal of an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited with this court. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has no objection. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
