Order :-

This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 to take decision on the application tendered by petitioner for issuing tribe certificate in accordance with provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one week from today and it is directed accordingly. 2.

With aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.

In the meanwhile, respondent No. 3 shall accept application tendered by petitioner for the post of Talathi, by dispensing requirement of submission of tribe certificate and on tendering undertaking by petitioner to submit the same within a period of one month.
