2] Petition is preferred against the order passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal on 5/8/2015 allowing the appeal without condoning the delay.

3] Parties are in agreement for setting aside the said order and agree that they shall appear before learned M.R.T. on 15/1/2016. The M.R.T. will be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law for hearing the revision on merits. Petition stands allowed in above terms. Counsel for the respondents i.e. revision applicants undertake to take steps for bringing legal representatives of the dead parties.
