By this Review Application, the Review Applicant prays for correction of certain dates in paragraphs 10 and 12 of the order under review dated 19.08.2015. He also indicates that he has served the original Petitioners/ Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and has an acknowledgment of such service. As such, Respondent Nos.1 and 2 (original Petitioners) are aware of the hearing of this review application.

The learned Advocates have appeared for Respondent Nos.3

The Applicant submits that the date of his oral appointment is 15.07.1997, which is wrongly mentioned as 15.05.1995. As such, the date of oral appointment be corrected as 15.07.1997 instead of 15.05.1995 in paragraph 10 of the order under review.

He further submits that in paragraph 12 of the order under review, it has been incorrectly stated that he was reinstated in 2012. He has in fact been reinstated in 2011. The said correction be, accordingly, carried out.

In the light of the above and since the learned Advocates for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 do not oppose, this Review Application is partly allowed. Necessary corrections as noted above be carried out in the order dated 19.08.2015 and corrected copy of the said order be made available to the parties.

The pending Civil Application for stay, does not survive and stands disposed of.
