Mr. Gaikwad the learned advocate for the applicant submits that the delay has been occasioned on account of administrative and procedural reasons. The applicant has not derived any benefit by causing the delay. He invited the attention of this court to the reasons stated in para.2 to 5 of the application .

The learned counsel for the respondent opposes the prayer stating that the delay is inordinate.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections. 5.
Civil applications are disposed of.
IN APPLICATIONS FOR STAY :- Mr. A.M. Gaikwad, learned advocate for the appellant submits that the entire amount as per the award passed by the Reference Court has been deposited with the Registry of this Court. In that view of the matter, civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and stand disposed of.
