Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the petitioner in writ petition no.299 of 2012 died on 17.5.2019 and the L.Rs. got the legal heir-ship certifcate on 27.6.2019 and, as such, delay has been occurred in fling the application for bringing the L.Rs. on record. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that respondent nos. 3 and 4 are having no objection if the application is allowed.
