The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has already appeared for CET examination seeking admission to the LLB course. The validation proceeding is pending since February 2020. The Committee be directed to decide it expeditiously. The learned AGP appears for respondent.

We cannot encourage the lethargy on the part of the petitioner in approaching this Court. The petitioner has approached this Court after CET examination is over and now seeking directions against the Committee to decide the proceeding immediately. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 14th October, 2021.
