This is an application seeking amendment to the petition seeking to put up a challenge to the order passed by the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon way back in the year 2008, refusing to grant approval to the petitioner's appointment. 2.

Since the writ petition is yet to be admitted, the respondents would have opportunity to contest every averment sought to be added by way of this amendment and no prejudice is likely to be caused to them, albeit, since the order was passed in the year 2008, the amendment could be allowed keeping open the issue regarding delay, laches and acquiescence.
