The petitioner is seeking admission through reserved seat for B.Sc. Agriculture course and is supposed to possess a validity certificate by 18 August 2023. His proposal is pending with the respondent - scrutiny committee since February 2022. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the vigilance report is still awaited. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that it has already been filed.

If the vigilance report is already on the record, it shall be served to the petitioner on 14 August 2023 and the petitioner shall file reply to the report immediately and the committee make make an endeavour to decide the proposal by 17 August 2023. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of.
