Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for stay to the execution of award passed by the Reference Court. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is ready to deposit the amount of compensation in this Court within a period of ten weeks from today.

In view of the above, the execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed subject to deposit of amount of compensation together with interest in this Court within a period of ten weeks from today.

Civil Application is disposed of.
