Heard both the sides.

By order dated 6 July 2023 passed in writ petition no. 7524 of 2023, we had directed the respondent no. 2 - committee to decide the petitioners' proposals pending with it since 2015 within two weeks. The petitioners are again before us since the committee has not decided the proposals.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that already the vigilance has been conducted. The petitioners may file reply so that the committee can decide the proposals.

The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 14 August 2023 @ 10:30 am and shall file their reply to the report. The committee shall conduct the hearing and pass the final order latest by 17 August 2023 morning.

Writ petition is disposed of.
