Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.170/2024, dated 20/06/2024, registered at Peth Beed Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 3/25 and 4/25 of the Arms Act, and under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to similarly placed accused persons by order dated 31/01/2025 in ABA/1760/2024. It is also stated that the main 1 of
950 ABA 1472-2024 accused has been granted regular bail in the matter, as observed in the order dated 31/01/2025.

Considering the role of the present applicant and the fact that similarly placed accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA/1760/2024 by order dated 31/01/2025, the present application is allowed in the following terms : - i] In the event the applicants are arrested in connection with FIR No.170/2024, dated 20/06/2024, registered at Peth Beed Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 3/25 and 4/25 of the Arms Act, and under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
ii] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when called by the police.
iii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 2 of
950 ABA 1472-2024 v] The applicants shall not be involved in any similar nature of offence.

In the event, the applicants violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 6.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 7.
The application stands disposed of.
