We have heard Mr. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the valuation of the horticulture on the land is not properly evaluated.

It is submitted that the petitioner has already filed the proceeding before the Arbitrator. In that case, the petitioner can agitate his grievance before the Arbitrator.
