Order :- Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the applicant-appellant and learned AGP for respondents No.2 and 3. None appears for respondents No. 1(A) and 1(B) as well as respondent No.4. 2.

Perused the application. In view of reasons mentioned in the application, I do not find any impediment to condone the delay of 177 days for filing First Appeal in the interest of justice. Hence, civil application for condonation of delay for filing First Appeal against impugned Judgment and Award passed in LAR No. 354 of 1999 dated 28-12-2009, stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The delay is hereby condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for further process of registration of appeal, etc. Accordingly, Civil Application in above terms stands disposed of.
