The learned counsel submits that petitioners have filed an application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, on 27.07.2017, however, the same is not attended nor decided. 2.

The learned AGP submits that in case the application filed by the petitioners, under Section 28-A is pending, the same would be decided by respondent No.2 on its own merits. 3.

In view of that, in case, the application filed by petitioners under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine (9) months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
