The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved that, the direction issued by this Court, dated 25/06/2019, in Writ Petition No.4504/2019, was not complied with. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, places on record a compilation of two order dated 18/11/2019. The first two pages comprise of the order withdrawing the direction of closure. The second order from page 3, dated 18/11/2019, pertains to the grant of consent to the petitioner. Both these orders are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' and 'X-2', respectively, for identification.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the order of this Court has been complied with and the contempt petition can be disposed off.

In view of the above, this contempt petition stands disposed off.
