This matter was heard for some time. F.I.R. No. 90/2023 registered on 19th May, 2023 with Palam Police Station, Dist. Parbhani, is said to have been registered after the mother-in-law of the Applicant registered an F.I.R. bearing No. 89/2023 on 19th May, 2023 with the same Police Station.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits, on instructions, that the Applicant desires to withdraw this Application and may avail of the remedy of approaching this Court along with other complainants for a joint request for quashing of both F.I.Rs. or may move an Application for Discharge since the charge-sheet has been filed.

In view of the above, this Application is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
