Mr. Solanke, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have filed applications U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act. Same are not decided. The learned advocate further submits that, in Writ Petition No. 10311 of 2018 affidavit is filed and it is stated that the application of the petitioner is under consideration.

In case applications filed by the petitioners U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act are pending and same are not yet decided, then the authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine

(09) months from today.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
