This is an application filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Respondent/original appellant in this Court.

In view of the order passed by this Court on 24.4.2015 in Civil Application No.13243/2014 in FA 389/2014 and connected matters, this civil application also deserves to be allowed. Hence, following order.

O R D E R

I.

The applicant herein is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the respondent/appellant upon furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

So far as remaining 50% amount is concerned, the amount to the extent of 50% from the said amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants upon furnishing bank guarantee of the Nationalized Bank. Balance 50% amount be kept in fixed deposit in Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of three years.
