Henmant Namdev Pethe v. The State Of Maharashtra
1 cp 519.23
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 519 OF 2023 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 9901 OF 2021 Hanmant Namdev Pethe .. Petitioner
Versus
The State of Maharashtra and others .. Respondents Shri Krishna P. Rodge, Advocate for the Petitioner. Shri G. A. Kulkarni, A.G.P. for the Respondents/State. CORAM :
MANGESH S. PATIL AND SHAILESH P. BRAHME, JJ.
DATE :
13 FEBRUARY 2024.
FINAL ORDER :
.
We have heard both the sides for a while. By an ad-interim order passed in the writ petition it was merely expected that Head Master and other employees' salary should not be stopped only on the ground of transfer of the school and no adverse action to be taken against the petitioner.
2.
The learned advocate for the petitioner admits that the salary has not been withheld.
3.
So far as the adverse action is concerned, he adverts our attention to the steps being taken by the Deputy Director of Education against the management.
2 cp 519.23 4.
Admittedly, till date no adverse action has been taken against the petitioner. As of now there is no breach, though the petitioner may anticipate it.
5.
The contempt petition is disposed of.
