Respondent No.3/acquiring body has not appeared and controverted the contentions of the applications. No malafides can be attributed to the applicants in preferring appeals belatedly. However, applicants shall not be entitled to interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. 5.
The delay stands condoned on conditions that applicants shall not be entitled to interest and the statutory benefits for the delayed period. Civil applications for delay are allowed. In First Appeals 6.
