This Court by it's judgment dated 28.03.2016 delivered in Writ Petition No.3306/2012 had directed the Cooperative Court to decide Dispute No.16/2007 on or before 31.08.2016.

It is informed by the litigating sides that the Non Applicant Society is to commence it's recording of oral evidence. The Applicant is before this Court praying for extension of time by six months so as to enable the Cooperative Court to decide the

*2* 905.ca.12452.16 dispute. It is stated that this is the first request made by the Applicant inasmuch as even the Cooperative Court has not put forth any such request earlier.

The learned Advocate for the Non Applicant/ Society opposes this application. However, in the alternative it is submitted that the time frame may be enlarged to a limited extent.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The time period for deciding Dispute No.16/2007 is enlarged. Recording of oral evidence of the litigating sides including the Disputants and the Opponents in the dispute, shall be completed on or before 30.11.2016 and the Cooperative Court shall deliver it's judgment on or before 30.12.2016. kps (RAVINDRA V.
