These petitions, based on identical set of facts, were considered. However, the petitioners have a statutory remedy under Section 257 of the MLR Code by approaching the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Division Office at Nashik. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioners sought a pass over and subsequently makes a statement on instructions when these matters are called out that, these petitioners would approach the concerned statutory authority and the time spent by petitioners in this Court from 30.08.2018 till the passing of this order be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off with liberty to approach the appropriate statutory authority. The time spent by these petitioners in this Court from 30.08.2018 till the passing of this order shall be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay.
