Mr. Ambetkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are many persons who are actually resident of ward No.1, but their names are included in ward No.4. The objection raised by the petitioners is not decided. The petitioners have specifically raised objection to the inclusion of the names of the persons in ward NO.4 though they are resident of ward No.1. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners the objection raised by the other person is allowed. The same is illegal.

We have heard Mr. Kadethankar, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 / State Election Commission and the learned AG.P. for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The petitioners have not added the persons who are illegally included in ward No.2, nor the objections filed by the petitioners before the authority consist the names of those persons. The petition is too vague. The nomination papers are to be filled in from 23.12.2020.

For all the aforesaid reasons, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
